I asked Bard ( googles LLM ~ Large Language Model )

Bard's answer is below ~ This is how the Irish Elite Control Ireland.

How many Quangos and NGOs in the Republic of Ireland ?

As of 2022, there are an estimated 832 Quangos and 2,607 NGOs in the Republic of Ireland.

A Quango is a quasi-autonomous non-governmental organization (Quango) is a body that is not a government department, but is funded by the government and performs some functions that would normally be carried out by a government department. Quangos are often created to provide specialized expertise or to deliver services more efficiently than the government could.

An NGO is a non-governmental organization (NGO) is a non-profit, voluntary citizens' group that is independent from government control. NGOs are formed to address social, economic, or environmental issues. They can be local, national, or international.

Here is a table that shows the estimated number of Quangos and NGOs in the Republic of Ireland by year:

YearQuangosNGOs
20034002,300
20054822,400
20075102,500
20095302,600
20115502,700
20135702,800
20155902,900
20176103,000
20196303,100
20228322,607

Please note that these are just estimates, and the actual number of Quangos and NGOs in the Republic of Ireland may vary.

From the 30th of November:

'Fianna Fáil senators revolt as Helen McEntee attempts to ram the Policing, Security and Community Safety Bill through the Seanad.

One part of the Bill causing a political problem is the abolishment of joint policing committees made up largely of councillors, TDs, senators and local gardaí, who meet regularly to discuss local security and crime issues.

They are to be replaced with partnerships which will include bodies such as the HSE, Tusla, and 'local charities and other third-party stakeholders' which appears to be a euphemism for so-called NGOs.'

Has the Irish state been taken over by the NGO sector? It looks like elected representatives are being pushed out of important functions like local policing. Is this where we can locate the ideological center of "the current thing"? NGOs are important but letting them run the affairs of state is like swapping out the operating system of your computer with a printer driver and expecting it to work.

Directly connected with the increase in feral dirt being imported into our country, including the female genital mutilation part.

Speaking of mutilation, how come the jews are allowed carry out male genital mutilation without sanction in the western world?

So the next referendums, on women in the home, are going to be held on International Women's Day. So fucking manipulative. They are lining this up for another party at Dublin Castle to celebrate the "progress" from traditional Ireland. The Government has already poisoned the well by talking about fighting misinformation during the lead up to the referendum vote, obviously referring only to people opposing the Government's position. And they still have not published what the textual changes are going to be.

There could be a general election the same day

Irish shitlib thinks it's barbaric that mother's should raise their children instead of slaving away for some faceless multinational.

There seems to be a narrative emerging that it would better to have a dail run before the local government elections to stop anti migration candidates securing council seats and using it as a boost for a dail run later in the year
Again, Very Possible ~ ~ You can see why the Establishment Filth would do this.
