Saying that the Irish aren't a race isn't race denial, it's using a reasonable definition of race.

It's a denial of culture and history as basis for racial consciousness. Nothing reasonable, logical or historically accurate about ignoring these important formative forces. There has not, and never will be a civilization based on colour, and colour alone

You of course never answer and I believe you when you say that you don't know or understand why I ask you the question. But someone with an above room temperature IQ should.

The Scots are a unique people, with their own culture, history, lived experience and identity. They have their own subset variant of the Celtic language (indo-European in origin) , music and pastimes. When people think of Scots, they think of these things, not their mixed genetic makeup.

Everyone understands that the Scots are unique. They are not the Irish, they are not the Danes or the Pictish people. They are Scots.

Exactly, and I described various of the things that mark out the Scottish as a distinct race, beyond just mere genetics. Genetics and geography of course play a role in defining racial consciousness, but you cannot separate genes and culture when discussing race. If you do, all you are left with is a petri dish of inconscient material.
